As inspired by Nora's haiku of yesterday; one wonders... who planted this tree, and who that bird might be.

this pear tree
in blossoms of memory
a bird tends

_When I was a boy, my grandmother planted a pear tree, and tended to its needs each season, 'till she passed.
_With Nora's haiku I instantly remembered; in fiction here, my mind I saw a bird flitting about through its limbs, tending to the tree's care.
