well i had to google 'nectar feeder'; its a first for me; so now i understand the haiku, and appreciate it; does have a senryu-ish undertone, now i can also smile

_Gillena, the kigo is the birds, they visit only during the summer months. Plastic, does edge this toward the senryu realm, it not being a viable part of the nature we watch; a view well taken, thanks Gillena!
