The tide; the tailor.

each wave
an ocean's stitch
hemming our seas and land
thus bound as one our tender earth
the tide

The "ocean´s stich" part also grabbed my attention.
Personally i think this is one of your best Haiku´s so far.
Short yet deep and filled with a brilliant use of the English language.
