Cold hands,
blood of worry
flows true from yours to mine.
When this crisis comes to closure,
warm smiles.

This reminds me of how it was after 9/11...the cold fear, tears of mourning, and then the unspoken bond and warmth we found with one another in this nation for a time afterward. Closure and warm smiles sound good right about now!

Great and meaningful thoughts. Beautifully expressed.

Just to add, the more things change the more they remain the same.

And also add, I was also reading recently something more in depth and insightful by Friederich Nietzsche from I believe 1847 and really it could have been written today when it comes to the tragic events in what passes for the EU.

Wow...yes...beautiful indeed - and so relevant for these troubled times, when what we desperately need is to come together in love and compassion...:))
