Oh my gosh, I can only imagine what could happen, I love this...
PS I ADORED your comment on my words and stuff yesterday, so, so beautiful, thank you

Ah, the urban landscape. I like how you capture the public space where hawkers and pigeons and the rest of us birds converge. :-)

New York pigeons don't scatter easily.

To me the contrast between yesterday's communication (pigeon) and all-time-advertisement (touting street sellers) is great. First I didn't understand "worldly" then I thoughtyou don't want me to see street prophets. Good haiku, _m.

Best wishes
Ralf

pigeons --
My brother is an ornithologist, and when I was younger I went with him to seek so many different birds as possible. City-pigeon! I shouted when still in town-area.

It's not counted as a bird, he said.

(This is nearly nothing to do with your senryu, I'm afraid.)

I thank you all!
...and then, there is that slang definition of "pigeon," the poor "believer," taken in by every sales pitch.

Interesting! Opened my slang dictionaries and found that, and some more meanings, too.
