Ah yes. :) I am baking my pies tomorrow...and making two side dishes for my family's big feast. :) I am SO excited about being in the kitchen all day. I'll be donning the apron and everything...I get very serious about it! :) Lovely poem. I wish you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving. We indeed have so much for which to be thankful. :)

This is like a view into a photo album: I see my parents, my sister and me, remember this old radio playing the Sonntagskonzert, smell this roasted bunny and these potatoes in their jacket ... and I think, it's a good thing that we've got a dishwasher nowadays ;-).
